Two monoclonal anti-CA 19-9 antibodies* are used for the sandwich. The first one is coated on the ELSA solid phase, the second one, radiolabeled with iodine-125, is used as the tracer.
Assay procedure: 3h at 37°C + 3h at RT or 16 to 24h at RT.
