Assay principle: sandwich

Two monoclonal antibodies directed against the central domain of the molecule form the sandwich. The first antibody is fixed on the walls of the microplate, the second is conjugated to HRP. Protocol: 1h at RT/shake + 2h at RT/shake + 10 min at RT/shake.
