Assay principle:

The sample containing VGCC Ab is incubated with the 125I-VGCC tracer. After addition of antihuman IgG and centrifugation, the precipitate is counted.

Assay procedure: 1h RT + 1h RT + centrifugation 20 min RT + centrifugation 20 min RT.
